I have been decorating cakes for over 20 years. Several years after I first started decorating cakes, I decided to take that passion a step further and became a Wilton Cake Decorating Instructor at a Michael's Arts & Craft Store where after several months of teaching one of my students got me an interview to be a cake decorator at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. This led to a career path of creating wedding cakes, occasional cakes, restaurant specific cakes and sweet treats.
During my time at Mandalay Bay, I took a promotion to Hubert Keller's Fleur dy Lys as Assistant Pastry Chef. I then continued my career at the JW Marriott in Summerlin, Nevada.
After moving here to Winter Haven, I decided to take all my knowledge, passion, and share it with the community.

Florida law allows individuals to use their unlicensed home kitchens to produce for sale certain foods that present a low risk of foodborne illness. Cottage food operators can produce and sell these products directly to consumers without obtaining a food permit from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
I do hold a ServSafe Food Manager Certification as well as the ServSafe Allergens Certification and practice safety and sanitation in my kitchen.
All items are made in my home where Wheat, Dairy, Eggs, Peanut Butter, Tree Nuts are used and stored.
